This lady is like, is it not to wash teeth? She said she wonder the rate at which the toothpaste finish while some are not even effective and watery,  is it worth the price all in the name of trying to get a good dental hygiene.

think the idea is that some people want to know if its healthy to change toothpaste because it is too expensive or cheap. But can't cheap toothpaste also perform the same function like the expensive ones?

So many questions about choosing a toothpaste that works, can last longer and still cheap ones? All this we will deal with it one after the other as you read on with this post.

I will like to let you know that you can buy any type of inexpensive toothpaste as long as it works. As long as it clean the caries, as long as it kills germs, prevent diseases, fight plagues and cavities or if it prevent further destruction of gum or tooth related diseases.

No matter the price of toothpaste either expensive or not, it should contain the required ingredients, should fight diseases, and clean the mouth very well.

Cheap toothpaste can also last longer if you check the contents for ingredients like;

1. Fluoride: This is a substance or an agent which is very reactive and responsible for cleaning of the tooth, it helps kill germs, slow down dental stones, and discouraged destruction of tooth or gums. Even if the toothpaste is cheap, you can correctly choose such toothpaste if it contains fluoride.

2. Bleaching agents; It depends on the toothpaste but most toothpaste contains bleaching agents which may vary, some contains sodium fluoride and other agents. And if you check the contents of the toothpaste and found the bleaching agent written on it, then you can choose to buy that.

3. Tooth whitening agents: not all cheap toothpaste contain this but some do have. Any toothpaste that contains a bleaching agent of any kind like hydrogen peroxide, triclosan, NAF, and many more. And if you check the contents of the toothpaste and found the tooth whitening agent written on it, then you can choose to buy such toothpaste.

4. Other ingredients: Other ingredients like flouride in a combined state as sodium fluoride, sweetener, artificial colours, carrageen, triclosan, sodium sulphate and others. If these ingredients are contained in a toothpaste either cheap or expensive then such toothpaste is good and can be selected.

5. Menthol: Although not all toothpaste contain menthol but if you see a cheap toothpaste with menthol, then such is good because the role of menthol in a toothpaste can't be underestimated. Menthol is very active in fighting plague, killing germs and clearing any gum related diseases.

In conclusion, as discussed in the article above, choosing a toothpaste that works need not be expensive but depends on some ingredients like the presence of fluoride, menthol, bleaching agents, teeth whitener and other ingredients. Thanks for reading.
