10 Natural Ways to Prevent Stroke After Mini or Partial Stroke

How can I protect myself from stroke naturally after a mini or partial stroke stroke? 
Mini stroke can be referred to as partial stroke in which the activities of the brain is disrupted which cause partial supply of blood to the heart.

Mini stroke affect one side of the body either the right or left when the blood pressure is raised away from the normal.

Some people experience stroke at one stage of their life, they survive the stroke and they fear of a reoccurring of that stroke coming back to them. That is why we decided to educate ourselves on the various ways to prevent another stroke after a mini stroke through natural methods.

Stroke can also results due to excess high blood pressure which occurs due to blockage of blood vessels (arteries/veins) in the body and lead to inability of the brain to receive impulse and the body collapse. So in order to avoid stroke, every individual above the age of 45yrs and above should ensure they do the following;

More Regular Check up: If you once have a mini stroke and you seek information on how to prevent it from happening again, one of the ways or strategies to prevent yourself from this is to ensure you go for medical checkup regularly. It is required you go for medical checkup when you are above the age of 45yrs and above. 


Another stroke after a partial stroke could lead to something more serious, could lead to death, could lead to brain hemorrhage or memory loss but visiting or consulting your doctor will help in the study of some contents and analyze the body systems or compounds that can cause more stroke.


2. Consult your doctor Early or Very Fast: another strategy to prevent stroke naturally after a mini stroke is to consult your doctor as you as you notice some symptoms of stroke in the body. 


Some of the common stroke symptoms include excessive tiredness, constant headache, stress, dizziness and failures in some part of the body like the arm. If these signs are observed, then you need to see the doctor immediately for some examinations of your blood pressure especially if you have been diagnosed of a partial stroke before.


3. Reduce Salt Consumption: After a mini stroke or partial stroke, one of the ways to avoid getting another stroke naturally is to reduce your consumption of salt as you grow older.

Vegetables also protect the body from diseases because of the vitamins and minerals it contains. It also helps to reduce weight because fruits contain mainly fiber and water that aids digestion and smooth transmission of materials and information from the heart to other part of the body.


8. Reduce Fat: some of the things that cause stroke after a mini stroke is excessive intake of fatty foods or foods that are cooked with animal fat. Excess animal fat causes high cholesterol in the body and may block blood vessels such as arteries and veins which fail to transmit materials to the brain and other part of the body.  So, if you will like to prevent yourself from stroke, you should cut down on fatty foods to stay healthy through this natural method.

Exercise helps to improve blood circulation and makes the heart beat faster. When the heart beat faster is actually good for the heart and also improves the brain cells. Regular exercise like running, jogging, walking, swimming, cycling, yoga, stair climbing etc are very good for the heart and it also helps to avoid another stroke after a partial stroke.

Just try as much as possible to reduce consumption of beer and alcohol, do some cardio exercise, reduce fat, eat more vegetables, eat more fruits, reduce stress, reduce salts and go for more medical checkup.
