How to keep the Body Fresh

How can I keep my body fresh? Someone said he has seen many beautiful women and good looking men look fresh but he needs to know some of the things they do that keep them fresh and healthy. To me, keeping fresh or maintaining a fresh look as a man or woman requires so much and not only that, it keeps you healthy without sickness or skin diseases.

There are many things you can do to look fresh but real thing is that as long as you keep your skin fresh, you will be very fit and you look fresh since the skin is what determines how fresh someone look may be. The things to do to look fresh include;


1. Maintain personal hygiene: one of the sure ways to keep your body fresh is to ensure you keep a clean hygiene. The best ways to keep a clean hygiene is to take bath regularly, wash your teeth, keep your nails clean, cut your hair, keep the hair clean and make sure you wear clean cloths. All these are sure ways to keep your body fresh and free of diseases. 


2. Eat balance diet: after maintaining a clean personal hygiene, another thing you can do to keep your body and skin fresh is to eat balance diet. A balance diet is a food which contains all the classes of food in the correct proportion. Balance diet supplies proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fiber, water etc to the body and it helps to keep the body fresh like a baby.


3. Eat fruits: another way to keep your skin or your body fresh is to eat more of fruits. Most fruits contain Vitamins which helps the skin, improve the skin and add more nutrients to the body. For instance, carrots contain Vitamin A which is good for vision, orange contains Vitamin C which prevents scurvy and watermelon is very good for digestion. The more fruits you eat, the healthier you become and your body also becomes fresh.


4. Eat proteins: another way to keep your body fresh is to eat proteins rich foods like milk, beans, fish and lean meat. The primary function of proteins is to build the body, repair tissues and improve the skin. You will notice that people who eat beans are always healthier with fresh skin. And milk also play its role in building the body cells as well.

5. Use lotion or skin moisturizer: Some people say it takes a lot to look good and fresh but I prefer to say that when you choose the right body cream either lotion or moisturizer, the skin cells will be replenish which gives the skin a beautiful look. I think most women don’t joke with body cream because the right skin care cream does so much for their skin by making it look fresh.


6. Eat fish: Just like a said earlier when I was describing proteins, fish is one of the most effective member of protein family which keeps the body fresh. Fish give the body some minerals like zinc, it smooth-en the skin and it also prevents weight gain. I recommend people to eat more of fish than meat if they are really serious about making their body look fresh.


7. Reduce exposure to sunlight: Another way to have a fresh skin or fresh body is to reduce the rate at which you expose your body to sunlight. Sunlight contains radiations which when we expose the skin to, it might cause skin problems like skin rashes, prickly heat, pimples, heat rash and research claim that excessive exposure of the body to sunlight can cause skin cancer which is deadly and should be taken serious. If you really want your body to remains fresh, limit the rate at which you expose the skin to sun and you will see the difference.


8. Wear clean cloths: dirty cloths may cause various skin problems or skin diseases like eczema, smallpox, chicken pox, measles etc but when you wash all cloths and you keep them dry, it helps a lot and keeps the skin fresh.  So, you need to wear your cloth clean, iron your cloth to make it look neat and can also kill any germs or micro organism in it and your body will be free of skin problems which makes the body fresh.


9. Drink more water: Research claim that water is very good and it contains over 60% of the total body fluid and blood cells. The body needs more than 5 glass cups of water daily for normal functioning of the body. Water also aids digestion, prevent constipation, helps to lose weight and keeps the skin in good condition. A body that lacks water will begin to shrink and may eventually die but when you drink more water, the body stay fresh and cool. 


10. Skin cleanser: skin cleanser can also be effective in ensuring a fresh skin especially when used at the neck or face. It removes dirt on the skin, prevent skin problems or skin diseases like eczema, smallpox, chicken pox, pimples, measles, rashes etc but when you clean the face with facial or skin cleanser, it keeps the skin dry which helps to keeps the skin fresh.  So, you need to wear your cloth clean, iron your cloth to make it look neat and can also kill any germs or micro organism in it and your body will be free of skin problems which makes the body fresh. 


In conclusion, the ideas discussed above are what you can do or things to do to have a fresh look which include; using skin cleanser, drink more water, wear clean cloths, reduce exposure to sunlight, eat balance diet, eat more fish,  eat more fruits and maintain a clean personal hygiene.
