So, if you are an housewife or you just want to get fat as a woman, start eating carbohydrate and with time, you will gain weight and still stay healthy.

Meat, fish etc contain high amount of proteins which helps to build the body and also gives stamina. 4. Lot of Siesta: One of the ways a housewife or a woman can get fat is to sleep well especially in their spare time usually around the afternoon.
